“And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men;”
Colossians 3:23 NKJV
Spring Feasts – Intent & Purpose
“All In” denotes teamwork, full commitment—holding nothing back.
Colossians 3:23 emphasizes the importance of dedicating your efforts to God, rather than merely seeking approval from people.
Our service is ultimately unto the Lord, and He sees and rewards our faithfulness.
During this Spring Feast season, we will pull these two concepts together to celebrate God’s mighty hand of deliverance from sin.
We will Dominate New Assignments by observing Old Testament traditions as a unified team, in new reverent ways.
THE SPRING FEASTS Biblical Overview
And the Lord spoke to Moses saying, “Speak to the children of Israel,
and say to them: The feasts of the Lord, which you shall proclaim to be
holy convocations, these are My feasts.” Leviticus 23:1-2
The Spring Feasts consist of four festivals: Passover, The Feast of Unleavened Bread, The Feast of First Fruits, and Pentecost (The Feast of Weeks).
These feasts are significant because they teach us to honor God for who He is and what He has done for us.
In addition, they teach us about God’s redemptive plan for mankind and how He powerfully intervenes in human affairs!
Revelation 21:3 says “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God, Himself will be with them and be their God.”
