Spring Feast 2024 Family Fast (April)

Family 7 Day Fast Starts Sundown  Sunday April 24, 2024 and it Ends Sundown Sunday April 21, 2024.

FASTING OPTIONS:

* For those of you who have never fasted with us before, you will be a “First Rounder.” You will eat two (2) meals per day, one at breakfast before 8:00 a.m. and one after 6:00 p.m.

* If you have fasted with us two or more times; you are considered as a “Veteran.” You will eat one (1) meal each day after 6:00 p.m.

* No sweets (including sweeteners), chips, candy, chewing gum, soft drinks, or any other junk food should be eaten at any time during the fast

* If you are pregnant or under a doctor’s care or you are unable to miss a meal for health reasons, then you are on “Special Teams.” You should eat regularly scheduled meals. You are to abstain from foods such as sweets, carbonated beverages, etc. 

YOUR PHYSICIAN’S ORDERS TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER THIS FAST! FOLLOW YOUR PHYSICIAN’S ORDERS!!!

* CHILDREN AND YOUTH: Our children and youth are to eat 3 healthy meals and 2 healthy snacks.

* During the fast, our beverage is Water only! It’s the beverage for all options. No sodas, juices, fruit juices, lemon water, or flavored water.
